About these terms
These terms apply when you use the SFG USA website or purchase an online product, subscription, assessment, or session offered by SFG Technology & Business Solutions. A proposal, order form, statement of work, or other written agreement will take priority if it expressly covers the same subject.

Website content is general information and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made for your organisation and should obtain appropriate specialist advice.
Orders and payment
The description, price, currency, billing interval, and inclusions shown at checkout form part of your order. You authorise SFG and its payment provider to charge the selected payment method. Applicable taxes or separately disclosed charges may be added where required.
Subscriptions and cancellation
A recurring subscription renews at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel before the next renewal by using the customer-management option provided with your purchase or by contacting SFG support. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.
Refunds and rescheduling
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, subscription fees and completed or commenced digital services are not refundable. If SFG cancels a paid session or cannot provide a purchased service, SFG will offer a reasonable reschedule, credit, or refund. Please contact support promptly if you need to reschedule a booked session.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, safeguard access credentials, use the website and purchased materials lawfully, and avoid submitting confidential, regulated, authentication, or payment data through general inquiry forms. You must not disrupt the service, bypass controls, introduce harmful code, or infringe another person's rights.
Intellectual property
SFG retains ownership of its website, frameworks, methods, branding, templates, training materials, and pre-existing intellectual property. Your purchase grants only the personal or organisational use rights stated with the offer. Client-specific deliverables and any different ownership arrangements are governed by the applicable written agreement.
Availability and third-party services
SFG works to keep its website and online services available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Payment, scheduling, hosting, analytics, communications, and other functions may rely on third-party services governed by their own terms.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, SFG is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of general website information. Any liability relating to a paid engagement is subject to the applicable written agreement and mandatory law.
Changes and contact
